Exchanges & Returns

Absolutely! If the product doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it within 7 days, as long as it’s unused, unwashed, and all the original packaging (tags, shoe-box, etc.) is intact. Feel free to try it on for fit and comfort, just make sure no smells (like perfume or deodorant) transfer to the product!

The product should be unused and unwashed—don’t worry, we don’t want you wasting detergent! The original tags, packaging, must be included. Just make sure you return the product in the same condition you received it.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience! If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you can return it within 7 days, and we’ll gladly replace it or offer you a refund. Just make sure it’s unwashed and has all the original packaging intact.

 

Unfortunately, no. We accept only unused and unwashed products for return. We do encourage you to try the product for fit and comfort, though—just be mindful to keep it in the original condition.

Once we receive the returned product and it passes our quality check, your refund will be processed. If you’ve chosen store credit, we’ll send it to your registered email for your next purchase. For refunds back to your original payment method, it can take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account or card balance, depending on your bank or card issuer. We’ll notify you as soon as the refund is initiated!
